CCIS participated and showcased different programs available in the West Zone of Calgary. This event was great connecting newcomers with information and inspiration on the three pillars of immigrant success: Careers, Education and Settlement.
CCIS organized an information session for Afgan and non-Afghan clients about The Francophone history and available services including CLIC classes, CCIS invited, CANAF, PIA, La Cité des Rocheuses, ACFA, Regionale de Calgary, FrancoSud, and Centre D'appui Familial, to provide this information to the newcomers.
CCIS participated in the ''Franco-Festival Calgary''. The purpose of the event was to celebrate the Francophone culture and diversity in Calgary, and also to advertise the available franco-services and resources that are available for the new Francophone in Calgary.
